We the parents of children at the Meadows Primary School Northfield, petition the Birmingham LEA to investigate the failing standards and would like the current head removed.

We request the replacement of the head on the following grounds:

• Lack of communication and unapproachable.

• Dishonesty and has lost trust of parents.

• Inability to follow implement and follow process i.e Failure to arrange meeting if concerns are raised by individual parents.

•Misuse of parents personal data i.e giving out individual personal information to others.

•Lack of understanding and approach, unwilling to work with parents to better individual pupil and bring the best out of them

•High turnover of staff impacting on individuals learning of a child - Low performing schools rarely close the student achievement gap because they never close the teaching quality gap – they are constantly rebuilding their staff. An inordinate amount of their capital – both human and financial – is consumed by the constant process of hiring and replacing beginning teachers who leave before they have mastered the ability to create a successful learning culture for their students.
