The roads, traffic and infrastructure around EDH will not support another housing project of this type. We are all going to be stuck in traffic like the Bay Area!

This project is far too dense for the area. It will have a huge impact on traffic on Green Valley Road and noise for nearby rural parcels.

Respect the rural nature of the land. Dixon Ranch does NOT fit in with the surrounding area. Vote NO on Dixon Ranch!
