I'm just fed up with this encroachment and unneeded and unwanted development by these developers who could care less about the impact their project would have on this area and our quality way of life, they don't give a Damn, for one reason because they don't live here and personal enrichment at the cost to others of their quality way of life and peacfull existence that they bought and paid for to enjoy, is of absolutely no mind or care to the developer or to those in county government who simply want a large income tax base generated from this development and without one thought or care of the massive impact that it without question will have on the desired rural way of life that we, those of us who live here, do not want to give to, nor should have to, our way of life to the developers or the county, we as citizens of El Dorado county must stand together and stop this needless and unwanted encrochment into our county and the rural and quiet life we moved here to enjoy!!

I live off of Deer valley Rd and am against this project until such time as the developers pay for road expansions and other critical infrastructure expansions to accomoodate these new residents.

We Live off of Greenvalley Road and the traffic is horrendous now and we've seen many fatality accidents. To add 600 homes to this is unthinkable

We need to keep El Dorado County Rural! We don't need more homes being built so more flatlanders can move up here & tell us what we need to change in our county. If they don't like the way things are, GO Back Home! Keep El Dorado County Rural! No new homes!

We did our due diligence before moving up here 23 years ago and knew what was to have been permitted to be built in the space behind our home. However, since then you have obliterated the general plan and rezoned lots to a ridiculous level! Never in our wildest dreams would we ever think you would be allowed to take 4 parcels and divide them into 605! That should be illegal!
