Last year, we launched Me, My Site & Tri; a healthahead initiative that encouraged employees of all abilities to make a pledge to get fit and healthy.

The programme inspired 10% of the GE UK workforce to sign up and make a health and fitness pledge – of which 80% met them.

Over 2,000,000 kilometres were swam, ran or cycled even though 1/3 of participations were beginners and 79% had no previous triathlon experience.

Over half lost weight as a result of the programme and 15% said it helped them overcome other health issues.

45% said they were inspired by the stories from their colleagues.

95% who participated last year said they would participate in it again if given the opportunity.

This year there is a risk that the programme will not continue without your support.
