There are very few childcares for infants and toddlers. Please keep this building for the McNicoll Childcare and Adventure Place. Both are fantastic services, honestly better than others my kids have tried in the GTA (as we unfortunately needed to move a few times). I cannot say enough about the care and services. We need these good organizations to remain for current and future families.

McNicoll Child Care is very a well maintained/managed facility and a great asset for this community. Our daughter blossomed into a wonderful person because of their professional and loving care, we are always thankful and indebted for what was offered to her which as a parent we couldn't because both of us are working. There are so many families likes us who needs this support and kids need a positive play to grow especially at young age. A strong foundation is very essential for creating a joyful and sensible future generation, McNicoll Avenue Child Care leadership/team reverberates the same vision. Please do not sell this property, this a wise investment for a better future.

We don't have enough Daycare around North York area and we don't want this Daycare to close. Most of the daycares around the area only accepts 18months old babies. And mom's need to go back to work before that...

We searched and visited a number of daycare centres in and around North York when we were expecting our 2nd child. Within several minutes of meeting Lynn the Director and then touring the facility, we knew that this where we wanted our child to be cared for once I returned to work. Needing to be placed on a daycare waitlist even before our baby was born was so very stressful. However, the wait and stress was worth it. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the care they provide!!! The location of this daycare is so very much needed in this area of North York. To close this daycare centre would be a huge loss and burden to the young families that live in this community, not to mention a waste of tax dollars especially with recent renovations to the roof and areas of the building that are used by other government funded services like Early Years, Adventure Place, Speech and Language Services. Please do not sell this property!

Our younger daughter went to McNicoll Child Care. Her sister went to 4 different day cares in Toronto so we have plenty of experience to compare different places. All of the child cares we have seen McNicoll Child Care was the best. Our daughter learnt a lot and she enjoyed every minute she spent there. This place truly makes children and parents happy. This place must be kept.

The child care services that are currently housed in this building are not only of high quality but also very rare in the community. I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to obtain a space for infant care at McNicoll
Avenue Child Care as most of the other child care centres in the surrounding area do not offer this program and only accept older children. The Adventure Place Program and Ontario Early Years Centre also provide important services to the families in the community that would not have space to run if the space was not available.

Me and my daughter has been coming to Mc Nicoll early years centre every single week since she was born in 2012. Now, she is in the waiting list for preschool this September 2016.
My daughter and I enjoy being at the center. The programs and the staff are amazing and the location is very convenient for us.
I would like to request to the TDSB not to sell this property as the sell will leave many families including mine without a place to enjoy being around our kids and seeing them learn and thrive as they grow.

This building and Daycare means a lot to this community. The best daycare in the area, with great leadership and teachers, shown by highest rating year after year and personal experience with my baby daughter.
