Hi, Deborah- We are posting regularly on the Facebook page, and Diversified Management will continue to e-mail ownership (we could all use a good reminder from time to time anyways, right!?!?!). Thanks!

Hi--am seeing a number of households that signed both home owners under one entry. As a reminder, each home owner gets a vote...so please make sure everyone is represented--thanks so much!

It seems that the Mill Creek Manor Board is doing everything possible to keep the pool from happening. Raising Home Owners Dues and Financing over time should be a better option for people that are having a hard time with the large Special Assesment! This would be very good for our Subdivision if the Board would work harder to make the Pool happen instead of trying to stop it.

You're estimating 1/4 million to build the pool, and $50,000 yearly to maintain.
This far exceeds anything we talked about when I was on the board!

I support the pool, but think the assessment is a little high. I do not think the lot is big enough to build that expensive pool! I have a problem paying $150 annually do not having a pool. My last HOA charged $500 annually... $350 is not bad.

The pool would allow Mill Creek Manor to compete with would be home buyers that otherwise not consider due to other subdivisions with existing oools. This increases demand for our neighborhood and thus increases property value.
