No we Not interested to pool .

The cost is too steep.

The upfront cost is too much for us.

Cost is too steep for the return. I would like to see our subdivision be uniquely competitive to other subdivisions instead of copying what others are doing with a pool.

Need it to keep Subdivision competitive with all surrounding ones.

Build it. Summers are hot.

It seems ridiculous to raise dues that much when we would not even use the pool.

I would like to vote yes for this amenity, but the special assessment cost is too steep and not something I think the homeowners should have had to pay considering it should have been Inc by builder on 2 past occasions.

The upfront fee seems a bit extreme without knowing about the budget for land, construction, insurance, etc.
