This petition is being written in support of one man's dream to work hard all his life, own his home and live out his retirement in that home until the day he dies. Seems like a pretty common dream and desire for most men. A life dedicated to his responsibilites always putting his family, friends, neighbours, fellow military members and co-workers ahead of his own dreams and desires. Now to fulfill his dream he requires live-in care and his Canadian daughter can provide this care however USCIS will take almost 14 years to issue a visa to his Unmarried daughter over the age of 21 years. Understandably at 83 years old 14 years would cause undue hardship and suffering ultimately leading to living remaining years with an unfulfilled dream!!! We are asking for support to simply allow our loved ones to be cared for physically, emotionally and financially by the family that needs them loves them and wishes to see their dreams come true. Please support this petition in having humanitarian and compassionate consideration for US citizens be a priority in their own country!
