Dear Mr Pickles,
You will have had, or will shortly have, a referral of
a planning application from Woking Borough Council reference 11/0823 for
possible call in, in accordance with Circular 02/2009.
You will see from
the papers, that this development is inappropriate development in the Green
Belt.
In view of the importance of the Green Belt, I respectfully submit
that you should call in this application for your determination.
My view is that the applicant has not demonstrated the very special
circumstances necessary to overcome the presumption against such development in
the Green Belt.
