This is a petition directed at The Monroe Community College Association, in particular its internet technology department and housing department demanding that the internet access in the residence halls be repaired and made to be usable by the residents at all times. High speed internet is one of the services advertised as included in the housing brochure. The internet access is unstable and is cut off numerous times per day, often for periods of an hour or more. The below signed demand that something be done about this issue, or residents be reimbursed from our tuition the cost of purchasing an alternative internet service.
