One of the many reasons I decided to buy in Mar Bella was a big selling point from Taylor Morrison about the under ground electrical system and how quickly power was restored to the neighborhood after a hurricane and some other storms that have passed through. My concerns jumped when I saw how tacky these poles look in the neighborhood and that some of them go through personal backyards! The aesthetics of our neighborhood have been compromised and I now fear a drop in home values.
