These employees work extremely hard and do deserve their bonuses. Zack missed many family functions and still does because of his job. He has three little boys that depend on their daddy to supply their needs and wants. When it stormed the city employees would be out in the weather taking care of the residents while their families sat at home in the dark without them! Several time they got called at in the middle of the night to fix issues near the mayors house so maybe next time she is having an issue she should fix it herself since they don't work hard enough!

Everyone should know that George Wynn was the only one who voted for the city workers to get a raise and Christmas Bonus. We should thank him for caring about other people and their needs in life. Thanks George!!

Now I must say if anyone deserves a raise and Christmas bonus it would be that young man there in the picture. Not many people would be willing to do this kind of work and be treated this way by mayor and council. Great job young man, you are appreciated by the citizens of Gordon.

She did not get the 10 thousand for the basketball goal she want it. Just a goal now to replace one that keeps getting damage. Yes they do work hard. Not only 8 to 5 Monday - Friday but in the middle of the night weekends, as soon as they step in the door to shower the phone rings, they are back at work fixing leaks so Gordon runs smoothly and we all have water. Please let these men and women know we care about them by signing this petition.
