The dress code at our school is so stupid Idk why they dress code shorts to much like what's the point of shorts if there not short like yeah I understand if it's showing your butt but other than that they shouldn't dress code us for that. Dress code is pretty ridiculous at Mayfair Middle/Highschool. Obviously a person should get dress code if their butt is hanging out or their boobs are basically falling out of their shirt or if a guy is sagging because no one wants to see his crusty underwear, but getting dress code for having ripped jeans on your knees is ridiculous. As a guy, I have worn ripped jeans a lot during the school year and they have holes on my thighs where skin is showing and I've never gotten dress code. But, I have seen many times my girl friends get dress code for having ripped jeans on their knees. I believe this is absolutely sexist. In no way, shape, or form is a knee sexually stimulating. In fact, with the dress code applied at this school, I should be the one getting dress code for having ripped jeans on my thighs, but I don't. Monsoons, please take a stand against the sexist dress code we have at our school.

We should be able to wear wat we want. It doesnt matter if we have rips in our jeans if it doesnt show any private parts. Also, shorts are fine as long as your butt isnt hanging out of them. Third, its stupid how your bra straps cant be showing. Like, we wear a bra whats wrong with that? Guys get to sag their pants, and I see none of them getting dress code. I walk around school and I see no guys with gym shorts or a P.E shirt because of dress code. We should be able to wear what we want, while still being appropriate with our daily wear!!
