We, as residents of and visitors to Max Rd and adjoining roads are extremely concerned at the proposed parking restrictions. We believe the new restriction will push more vehicles to park on Max rd and will increase resident tension on a road already blighted with lack of parking. The speed humps provided have already reduced the average speed of vehicles on the road and thus reduced the possibility of accidents. The parking restrictions are an unjustified addition to the traffic calming measures already introduced.
