They enjoyed torturing that mentally disabled boy and have no remorse for what they did. It was clearly a hate crime. Their minds cant be rehabilitated they are too warped up to be let back out into society to hurt innocent people again. They have no conscious or shame and that make them a very dangerous monster that should be locked away as long as possible to save lives of innocent decent people who just want to live in peace. The world would be so much better off just to eliminate people like this from the world and save time money and innocent lives. Theres good people in this country that deserves the money you waste keeping worthless monsters like this alive and well like our veterans and poor children and elderly. Or people with cancer or some other tragedy in their life. If they get off with a light sentence then that would be a disgrace to this country. Make an example out of these worthless thug gang member wannabes!!
