Please deliver the harshest possible punishment to this animal-torturing criminal, Satoshi Okamura. This is absolutely unforgivable.
Do whatever it takes—this man brought it upon himself. He has brutally slaughtered countless innocent lives, and he must face the full consequences of his actions.
To the people of Malta: thank you from the bottom of my heart for capturing him, even going so far as to offer a reward. I wish the Japanese police would learn from your example.
I’m deeply ashamed as a Japanese citizen and furious beyond words. I can only apologize to the people of Malta for the trouble this man has caused, but I beg you—do not hold back. Treat him as he treated those poor cats.
I can only imagine the fear and suffering of Malta’s cats during this nightmare. Animal abuse is punished far too lightly in Japan and many other countries. I long for a world where crimes like this are met with the severest penalties—death sentences if necessary, public identification of the offender, and lifelong monitoring.
