I believe that he should be given the maximum possible sentence. This man has not just killed, but tortured multiple cats which had no say in what was going to happen to them. This man has acted on animals who have no voice to shout for help. His killings were not simply murder, but were a sadistic way of mutilating the poor creatures which were innocent victims.
