Put this man in prison where he belongs! He used treats to lure these beautiful animals to their torturous and horrific demise! The man is demented, and is a danger to society. There are many serial killers that start off with animals, just to progress to humans, whose fault will it be then? These poor cats deserve justice! It sickens me!

If he suffered verbal abuse from his father when he was younger, this person is dangerous to be around the society. He vented his anger on innocent creatures which in the near future, he might repeat his actiona on children or females or any other human being. He should be made to pay a hefty fine to compensate for all the inconvenience he caused, which till now are being paid from our taxes. Then deport to his country, never to return to Malta.
