He has done the worst to the cats who were killed in a brutal way and to everyone living in Malta. Perhaps there are extra crimes he has committed in Japan. If his crimes had been stopped in Japan, this would not have happened. I am sorry that the ineptitude of Japanese society has hurt so many cats and people.
