This vile and cruel monster deserves the maximum penalty like in Italy...at least 4 years jail and 60k fine and then deported as what he did to innocent harmless cats he might end up doing the same again. So heartbreaking and terrible acts that require harsh penalties as a deterrent to anyone considering doing the same.

These cats are innocent. He went to attack kill and hurt the ones weeker than him. This man is dangerous. He could end up injuring humans next. He shows full mental consciousness. He knows what he is doing. He should be given the utmost most serious sentence for every single cat not just those killed but also injured. He should be jailed and put behind bars for a maximum amount of years. He should be given a sentence for each killing and each attack. He should be jailed without the possibility of patrol. Good behaviour or cooperation should not resuming a reduced sentence. This guy should be jailed for maximum amount of years with out any exaptions. Those cats which weren't killed yet disabled or seriously injured must live the rest of their lives in a bad state. Not to mention the emotional damage cause on the cats as well as the physical harm. Dangerous man if the street. We must use this case as an example to prevent such horrible cases. The maximum punishment must be served.
