I hope this lousy excuse for a human is jailed, fined, deported and tortured! Not like the most recent one here in Victoria, Australia, who was only jailed for 2 months for severely beating a Maltese Shihtzu for going on to his driveway. He killed the dog and it's body was never found. Anyone who treats animals with such cruelty should have the same done to them.
