I bought my MacBook Pro with matte screen when both retina glossy and matte screens were available. I haven't upgraded my MacPro because I refuse to have a glossy screen because of the significant glare when using near windows or outside.
I have late 2008 and early 2011 hi-res matte screen macbook pros. I want to upgrade to retina, please provide option of matte screen. I sit 10 hours on screen, can't bear a constant glare.
Seriously i just want to be able to see my work without staring at my own reflection all day. matte is a must for professionals.
Using my old pro for work because the new screens are unusable with lights behind me. Please fix this.
GLOSS IS A DEALBREAKER. I do color work and the glare is impossible. bring matte back apple!

I've been buying Macbook Pro's for years now. I upgrade every two years. I would LOVE to pay a premium to have a Matte instead of a glossy screen.
