The momentum behind this campaign proves that our community recognizes the vital role our matrons play every single day. We have enough energy now to demand a meeting with the administration so email your local representative and tell them why this pay cut is unacceptable.

My kids have been looked after by the same matrons for years. They actually care about the students. Dont cut their pay just to save a few quid.
Total joke. You cant replace experience like that with cheap labor. Fix this now.

This is ridiculous. The matrons are the heart of the boarding houses and looking after hundreds of kids is way too much for some 21 year old student to handle. Keep the staff we actually rely on.
