I am disgusted by this decision. This institute cannot be realistically deemed a "University" by any reasonable onlooker. Seems more like a tech boot camp.

Why administrators cannot see two steps ahead? Any one thinking that all bussiness about digitilasition and such can go any further without pure mathematics is terribly wrong

This is so short sighted, many of the most important breakthroughs in technological advancement occurred as a result of breakthroughs in pure mathematics. Please re-consider the lack of investment in this important subject!
