due to rampant  fraud, robo-signing and forgery, we the people of massachusetts do hereby petition and demand that the lawmakers and governor of the commonwealth  enact laws which mandates judicial review of all foreclosure complaints filed within the commonwealth, and to review all foreclosure complaints 5 years retroactively on behalf of homeowners who seek such review.
