This petition is to try and have a bridge constructed not to replace, but to provide an alternative route for traffic, and pedestrians to and from Richmond, and Ladner, British Columbia. Currently, major traffic is directed through the George Massey Tunnel. A bridge would not only access for cyclists, pedestrians, and more vehicles, but would lessen the commute time of thousands that travel not only between these communities, but others as well, such as Seattle, Vancouver, and White Rock. This list, when enough signatures are gathered, will be sent to the Provincial and Municipal governments, who will hopefully hear us out.
