I did many charity rides in 2013 for so many different charities and the Widow Sons were well represented at many of these events. I am not sure why such a wonderful group of caring and giving riders would find themselves to be deemed "unlawful".My hope is whomever made this decision would spend a weekend or 2 with the Sons and then show them where their actions are unlawful.

I'm a Mason and a Widows Sons out of Missouri. My brothers are always there for me and I'm always there for them. We support our local lodge and other charities like the Shriners and the Masonic Chrildren's Home out of Illinois. I feel this would be a very bad call to get rid of a group that helps raise money for different causes. We did a poker run this year to help kids at the Masonic Children's home and we raised over $2,000 for them.

I have been a Master Mason for about 7 years now in Alaska, a Shriner for 6 and a Widows Son for the past year. In my time spent at the WS Grand Gathering this past summer in Acton, Maine I found the WS of Maine as well as many I met from Mass to be the most dedicated and active Masons spreading the light of our brotherhood. To attempt to cause such brothers to divest themselves of one or the other would be to ask them to divide their bodies in twain. Please reconsider your edict.
