With all the good that the MA WS have done why would any body in there right mind do anything of this nature.

Unlawful? WSs are quite possibly the most kind, generous, selfLESS group of fantastic people I have ever had the privilege to meet.

I am a member of the Boston Wounded Vet's Run Commitee, my 4th year now. The Widow's Sons have been a huge part of our run, they have been there from the beginning, donating time and money. I have personally met Will and other members and proud to say they are my friends. They are involved in it all, and it's all good. I say let them be who they are, good, hard working family me, charitible men. Thank you.

The Widow Sons mean a lot to my sister and our family. The way in which they have touched us the most is how they banded together to help in the midst of a tragic loss. The support and compassion shown was a true testament to their loyalty as brothers. It would be a very unfortunate if the Widow Sons were no longer able to provide others with the same comfort and kindness in which helped my family though such a difficult time. With the help of the Widow Sons, the life of a great young man was able to be celebrated and remembered in a way that would have made him so very honored and proud. Thank you, Widow Sons!!!!

As a board member of a non-profit organization, committee member and sponsor in many other fundraising events and a member of Eastern Star, the news of this saddens me. I come from a family with a rich Masonic heritage. The Widows Sons is a wonderful extension of Freemasonry. These men and their ladies have supported every fundraising event I have ever put on and/or supported. The Widows Sons come out in full force for everything from children with rare diseases, veterans, other riders and much more. They also have always been present to support my daughter’s endeavors in her Rainbow assembly. The Widows Sons are extremely generous with both their time and donations and are so very much appreciated for everything they have supported over the years.

if we let the actions of a few bad apples spoil the bunch, then by definition, would the mass masons have to shut down too? i recall a few bad apples that got expelled for doing wrong, not disbanding the whole fraternity for a few.

This organization has raised thousands of dollars for needy, worthy causes. Why has this been deemed "unlawful?"

I have been part of this group known as the Seven Hills Chapter for the past two years and I have only seen us do great things for charity and taking care of other Masons. Issues as a result of just a few should have been dealt with per our By-Laws and that should be the end of it. Any issue that arises in Blue Lodge is dealt with and without any action against that Lodge as a whole. I am very disappointed with this decision. I will search deep within myself as to where I will go from here. Brothers helping Brothers is what I thought this was all about. Br James E. Mirick

How is this called being a Mason. If their were issues then take action against the one who caused the issue. But that doesn't seem to be the case here.
