Replace Masjid El-Farouq director Masoud Baba with a shura board

We need Shaikh Sayed to stay the Imam of masjid Elfarooq. اتق الله ولا تظلم ان الله لا يحب الظالمين. الشيخ سيد نحسبه باذن الله من المتقين الذين يخافون الله ونحن بأمس الحاجة لشيوخ امثاله.

Sheekh Sayyed dedicated his life to Islam, Muslim community, And Masjid Al-Farouq. What has happened is not acceptable.

You just can't run a masjid like you are running a corporate, the masjid is taken care of through our donations, and we must have a say when it comes to the strategic decisions like the firing of our imam. I will NOT step a foot in that masjid or donate a dime till this problem addressed.

We need Shaikh Sayed to be back to the farook masjid He deserve to be the first imam for the masjid because what he done for the last 13 years Every body love him

I do not know what was the situation, but knowing Imam Sayed, I can't see what he could have done to deserve to be terminated.

Board of directors needs to be in place in order to insure business decision making is indeed best to the Muslims community and reinstatement of Sheikh Seyed is also needed.

You’re the heart and soul of our Masjid and our community Brother Masoud ,May Allah forgive you ,guide you ,make your heart soft and full of love for the others.Fear the day when no one will be with you and you will be asked about your actions. Before you fired someone think about his family and expenses.You are fortune not to worry about paying next month bills . Nothing will benefit you with anything if you hurt other people feelings.Please ask forgiveness to the community and specially to the Sheikh

Due process is an Islamic right and duty.

I do not support the attempt to remove Br Masood as he is and continue to be an excellent leader for our masjid. I do not understand the circumstances in which the decision was made but I ask that the Farouq management reconsider the Shaikh’s situation. Jazakum Allah khair.

For the last 20 years, I have never been impressed with Masoud Baba. He operates the masjid as if it is his own property. The masjid is for the community and it should managed by the community shura
