Replace Masjid El-Farouq director Masoud Baba with a shura board

Please let him stay in the mosque. He is very good for the community. He has a very good influence on the Muslims and non Muslims. He does help our children who were born and raised in America by his kindness and knowledge and make them feel proud to be Muslims. Please we are asking to help us and our children by keeping an honest and good person. Thank you.

Masjid el Farouq could be a light house for knowledge in our city like it used to be in the past but change has to happen a shura council is mandatory and the person who built the masjid needs to step down, building a masjid doesn’t mean you own it or should make the decisions on behalf of its community.

I attend the Jumah on Fridays and always comment on how this Sheikh tells it like it is and addresses issues that are relevant today. May Allah protect him.

This administration with Baba at its top is tyrannical and has no respect for any rules / يا أيها الذين آمنوا أوفوا بالعقود He views this organization (al Farouk ) as his own business Baba get out , new administration with shura members needs to go in place to manage this beautiful mosque / community

salam alikm we are in contact with an attorney to try and solve the situation in masjed alfarouq to try find out where our funds ( donation ) went .

Reinstate imam and deploy shurah system. It is unfair for mosque to be operated by community funds and solely controlled by one man. All the funds should be audited how spent and all decisions should be made by elected board members. Enough is enough. Multimillion AC basketball court, give me a break? I have not seen a single activity or program for community. Halls being rented at high fees and still was built by community funds. The list is on and on.

I know the effort that has been given to all of us in Masjid Al Farooq by Sheik Sayyid and our Masjid has been improved since Sheik Sayyid came to it

Sheikh sayed needs to be treated with respect and masoud elharami needs investigated for profiting from our donations
