im honestly amazed at how much this has taken off because it shows how many people truly care about our history. it means so much to see everyone standing up to protect what makes this place feel like home.

We want to keep cardinal it’s real special school I was in 1973 until I graduated in 1985 . Thank for my public school from Elkton 2 offered my mom that’s deaf schools really help me to learn a lot n sports. I love it ! That’s cardinal is very special n Virginia is lovers too that’s why we r cardinals sisters n brothers in VSDB. I don’t why w B stand 4 Blind still in cardinals thanks very much

I went there in the 90s and it meant everything to us. Please dont take this away from the kids there now.
My dad was a Chief and I was a Cardinal. Stop trying to fix things that aint broke. Leave our mascots alone.
The Cardinals are part of who we are. I will never forget my time on the field. Keep the tradition alive please.

Ms Trice disrespect she wanted one mascots for both deaf and blind .. CARDINAL for the deaf and CHIEF for the blind ...they need leave them alone
