Free Marty Puccio

1,436 Signatures Goal: 5,000

We, the undersigned, believe that Marty Puccio is in full deservance of a clemency hearing, pardon or new trial. We believe that Marty is not a threat to society and that is beneficial for all concerned if we were released from prison. This is being sent to various lawmakers in Florida.

Release Marty Puccio. He sought out help from his parents, they ignored him and in the end his hand was forced as he saw no other option. Yes it was premeditated murder but it was not without cause.

Let him out. HE can be productive in society. He was bullied and humiliated.
