There are no hotels along the 380 corridor in this area. We also need some higher end eating establishments and I think these pad sites will give those corporations the high end development they require to move here. Since there are already lower income apartments surrounding Cross Roads it would be nice to see some higher end apartment style living for seniors who wish to downsize and stay in the Cross Roads area. This is the 380 Corridor that connects I-35 to the North Dallas Tollway to I-75 in the DFW area, in spite of many of us moving here to "Live in the Country" THIS IS NO LONGER THE CONTRY!

The City needs to do its due diligence to understand the potential impacts and work with the developer to minimize them on the limited resources of our small town. That said, I support this the pursuit of this opportunity for Cross Roads — as we work to find ways to close the budgetary gaps with sales tax revenue, rather than additional burdens on property owners.

Looks great. What is the build-out timeframe? This is a logical next step for development in Cross Roads.

Seldom does a project of this quality present itself for development, yet Cross Roads has the opportunity to say yes, and become the benefactor.
