◇Covid-19 Pandemic

1. We the parents of the children

of Marken primary

school,petition the school to

cut off the hostel fees,for the

duration that learners were not

at school,due to national

lockdown.

2. The children did not use any

hostel facilities which

includes: water,electricity,

ironing,laundry and meals.We

feel it is not rendered at all.

3. The are also parents who were

not earning any salaries,so the

issues of salaries for workers

at school should be addressed

with the relevant stakeholders

.It should not be parents

burden.The President said that

"People whose salaries are

affected they should claim UIF".

4. We demand that the hostel fees

for term 2 be cut off,and for

term 3 to be reduced,as the

term is left with 1 month.

5. We furthermore demand that the current SGB member must be released from their duties as we feel they do not serve in the best interest of the partnts and gti
