Well to tell this story I have to begin at the beginning.

On the 1st March 2018 I layer a formal complaint against Jennifer hint of the taihape police and put it in writing and hand delivered it to senior Sargeant mark Toms of the taihape police and was in relation to when my father went to see Jennifer at the police station as they are friends and Jennifer told my father what all my charges are and what they were all about. I only found out because a friend of mine came to visit and my dad started telling him what charges I was going up on so I recorded the conversation and offered my friend a coffee and when I came back I heard my friend ask how did you find out about this and my father stated Jennifer told me everything and tells me who gets arrested around town. And this is where it goes pear shaped as mark Toms knew I had proof this happened and that I had concrete evidence and

On the 3rd March 2018 I emailed the taihape court house asking for a adjournment as a month earlier I was in hospital fighting for my life after suffering a saddle pulmonary embolism and this email was forwarded to prosecutor David grey who asked for comfirmation so

On the 6th March 2018 I emailed the proof to the taihape court house and sent them as attachments and these are the exact documents taken from the same email

On the 8th March 2018 I was emailed by Katie at the taihape court house and was told prosecutor david grey approved the adjournment and that the new appearance date was now the 16/06/2018 at 10am. On the same day a statement was taken from Jennifer hintz (taihape police receptionist) which stated “Jenny had gone to the taihape court house and spoke with Katie and that while there rung the hospital and spoke with a cath in the presents of 2 court staff and was told I have no such patient or person booked”. But when you read the statement of Katie marie woods she states “Jenny came into the court house and said police now believe the documents to be fraudulent and withdrew consent to the adjourment”. Not once did Katie mention any phone call, didn't state Jenny came in and made a phone call from the court house. And why would Jenny have to go across to the court house to make a phone call it doesn't make sense and if the phone call was made in the presence of two court staff where is the 3rd statement. It would have been mentioned by Katie woods if a phone call had been made but yet nothing so there was no call which is adding fraudulent statements to official court documents. And this is where Jenny hintz continues to fabricate evidence in her statement Jenny mentions events she did on the 09th March 2018 when that's a full 24 hours after the statement was taken it states below the police logo at the top of page one 8th March 2018 I received the statement of Jennifer hintz taken at 1.00pm dated 08 March 2018 so how do you add events 24 hours after the statement was taken which is purverting the course of justice and adding fraudulent statements to official court files. I would also like to add that Jennifer hintz is a receptionist and is not sworn police officer so should not have been put in charge of investigating cases.

The documents were real and received a email from Katie saying the adjournment had been withdrawn and I would have to appear on the 12 March 2018 so at 10.10pm on the 08th March 2018 I sent the following email asking for the adjourment but never got a reply from the taihape court house, the taihape police or david grey these documents were real and needed the adjournment as I was still in a life threatening condition as on

The 31 January 2018 I was admitted to the critical care unit at wanganui hospital after suffering a near fatal saddle pulmonary embolism and will be on life saving blood thinners for the rest of my life and again asked for a 3 month adjournment and attached a copy of the wanganui hospital discharge papers dated 05/02/2018 and a copy of my winz disability allowance form stating I was permanently disabled and couldn't work anymore. Jenny says I looked at the forms and they look strange and thought they were forged. They were 100% real and genuine they looked strange because she tryed to print a 5321 x 2988 pixel image down to a size it doesn't work. I also included a image of my wrist band from the hospital the adjournment should have not been withdrawn because the wanganui hospital discharge papers told how severe the pulmonary embolism was also had the event number, the specialists name, his signiture. on the disability allowance which was signed off by my doctor as never reaccess he deemed my health condition that serious and included the doctors stamp, his signiture, his medical council number and was dated this shows that not only did they not verify the documents to be real it shows that Jennifer was looking to discredit me and my complaint and was a conflict of interest having Jennifer let anywhere near it yet mark Toms let her knowing that she was leaking information investigate it which shows he is corrupt.

Jennifer stated on her statement at the bottom of page 1. The taihape police, Jenny and David grey had all confirmed that the documents were not real and all 3 had confirmed this yet on the 09th March 2018 at 10.10am Jenny is still sending emails like this one

They all confirmed this in there words that it had been confirmed on the 08th march in the statements and summary of facts so they not only lied about this they fabricated it into official court documents. And this is where they really start to come after me on the

14th March 2018 Justin Moore and constable mariner showed up at my house where I was working on my car removing the intake manifold and pressurized fuel hoses when I heard Patrick. When I looked up I was presented with a search warrant read through it and seen it was all legal so I walked them into the house and Justin asked me where my room was so I pointed and he started to search it. Me and constable mariner headed into the lounge where I lit a smoke and mariner started to cough so I got up and opened both lounge windows and started to head for the front door when mariner put his hand up and said a resident must be present inside the house when a search Is being conducted so I walked backwards and mariner started to relax and walked back into the lounge so I walked for the front porch and sat outside on the chair and finished my smoke when I was out there I smelt petrol and heard a trickle and ran to my car lifted the fuel flap and released the pressure and went to the engine bay and put the bango bolt back in stopping the leak and took about 7 minutes to do while I was doing this mariner was at the front gate by the letterbox I then removed the battery to isolate the electronics and stop it from igniting I then carried the battery back to the porch and had 2 more smokes and could still here Justin searching my room. The second I left the house and section and no residents were inside the house police procedures were breached and the warrant was voided yet justin still continued to search my house for over 25 minutes with no residents present and completely out of my line of sight and on the 15/03/2018 I wrote a formal complaint against Justin Moore and constable mariner and told mark Toms that I was going to go public and post this story all over Facebook so on

the 15/03/2018 at 3.35 I was arrested and had my bail opposed and I asked Justin Moore could we please go to my house and get my medication and was told no so off we went in the police car to wanganui and when we got to mangaweka I started having chest pains. When we got to wanganui police station I told them straight away I had chest pains on the way down and that took me straight to wanganui hospital e.d and was seen by a doctor. Where the doctor wrote me a emergency script for dabigatran and gave me a dose while there. When the doctor heard the taihape police had refused me my medication he was furious as missing 1 dose that soon after it happening would have killed me. If the wanganui police had not helped me get my medication I would have missed 3 doses and could have died this is medical neglect and when I told the officers taking me they said we will deal with it when we get to wanganui.

When I was sentenced on the 20/07/2018 in ohakune David grey stood in front of judge lynch and knowing the summary of facts and the statement of Jennifer hintz to be falsified read them out knowing the statements to be false because I have written a formal complaint to him with evidence proving this straight from the disclosure this was also sent to

Yet they still continued to prosecute me it's police corruption that goes all the way to the top

Well that's the full story but I want the charges dropped and my name cleared so I will now do that I was charged with 3 counts of obtained by deception (selling on facebook) and this is not true I used to run a successful Facebook business and have over 400 successful orders but the taihape police think I'm the scammer of the century but this is not true in Sept 2017 I did 34 orders and only 3 were not completed due to a supplier ripping me off I offered all 3 people full refunds and asked for there bank details to refund them but we're told not to give me information to me by the police dealing with it. I want these 3 charges dropped as I can prove I'm a product importer and the police did not even want to know when I told them. I was just another notch on there belt well 3 notches actually.

On the fraudulent documents charge the documents were real and It has all the references needed to prove it was real.

The discharge paper had the following

*date admitted and discharged
*diagnoses and treatment plan


And if you ring wanganui hospital you will get a copy of it exactly the same because it was real

The disability allowance form included the following

*permanent never reaccess

*medical conditions I have
*taihape medicals locum stamp


One phone call would have proved the authenticity of them but they didn't even check them this was personal

On the purverting the course of justice charge I didn't the documents were real and I asked for a adjournment 3 times so I didn't try to mislead the courts in any way shape or form
