Do you love Mark Sheppard? Do you love Doctor Who? Not sure? Well you would if Mark Sheppard was the next Doctor!! Who better to fill this iconic role? Please, I'm waiting. Nothing? Okay then. Sign this petition. Show Mark Gatiss and Steven Moffat how many of us would love for this to happen! What was that? He's been on Doctor Who already? Umm...so has just about everyone on the show. I think he'd be phenomenal as The Doctor, and it'd be plausible despite Mark's previous role given The Doctor's most recent regeneration was also a different character in the show.
He is a wonderful actor and I would watch him in Dr. Who which I have not watched in years.
Mark Sheppard is such a versatile actor. We have seen multiple times that just because someone guest stars on Doctor Who they can't come back. Examples: Peter Capaldi and Karen Gillian.
What a lovely idea! I would actually begin watching Dr Who again if Mr Sheppard were The Doctor. I just couldn't deal with Peter Capaldi. I tried, and I just couldn't do it. With Mark Sheppard I wouldn't have to 'Try' I just would, happily!
Mark could easily play The Doctor! He's a great actor who puts care and attention into his work. At the very least, I hope he gets to read for the part! Capaldi is a honey though!
After I saw him as Crowley I started hittin up his Filmography. I was not disappointed. ;D
Mark Sheppard is an amazing actor and would pull off the role of The Doctor perfectly ❤️

Can't think of anyone better than the sassy Mark Sheppard to be the next dr who. I love Mark with my whole entire heart. It would be amazing, like a superwho crossover without the cross over.
