MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. — The Marine Corps will soon reduce the top-end service limit for sergeants from 13 to 10 years, putting the squeeze on Marines who don’t make the cut for promotion to staff sergeant. Headquarters , this is going to affect families ,futures,children,homes,marriages,and hopes of a lot of us marines , this is absolutely horrible to do to families .
