I'm trying to move forward to what I see is right, and legalizing marijuana is one of them due to several reasons. First off, just like in proven facts, it helps people with different medical conditions like myself. Its good for recreational use. And also, it would be better for the state to have a controlled sales tax on it that would alleviate more state budgets and funding's. It would also reduce most "drug" related crimes and homicides that deal with marijuana. This is my reason for it to be legalized and I am just one person, there are thousands of other people with more facts and reasons to want to legalize marijuana.

Legalize marijuana - I suffer from anxiety disorder and would rather use marijuana to control my anxiety in a short time rather than take a pill that takes longer to act and also has effects on other parts of my body. Marijuana has never in my over 40 years of smoking caused me any problems. The only problem with it is that it is not easy to apply for jobs.

PA is missing out on so much tax money while people still get locked up for nothing. keep it regulated and lets focus on real crime instead.

Why not legalize Marijuana in Pa.? I ask bcause when i look around I see people r getting and using it illigal.. bsides when purchased on streets u take a chance of hoe and why its mixed with other drugs or poisonous plants or chemicals whivh causes deaths..who do u charge then? Another unsolved case for Pittsburgh Police to deal with, another mother, father, sister, brother etc lwft wondering where their child is....legilation would regulate ur pot. U would where it came from, who grew it, who sold it, then u would be able to hold tge owner of that medical distribuator accountable. The government would regulate the fields, the shops.. They have now classified type 2 narcatoc drugs under government regulations and ur dr has to fill out a prescription every 30 days foe severe chronic pain. I fall n2 this category 4 i am n pain 24 hrs a day, nothing helps..i have even quwstion my Dr (Gelfand) if i was a drug attic, my husband was an abuser an told me i was bc the pain clinic said i was, Dr G said no i was not 4 i took my meds as prescribed and i do..in btween time 4 them to take , i hurt and wait n pray..im hoping med pot will help for illegal i cannot use bc i am drug tested..bsides its illegal...its know to help people with depression, i have that, am current on 2 meds 4 that, treat anxiety am on 1, treat pain am on 3 for that, treat seizures am on 1 - 5 pills at nite, glucoma am diabetic scares me i could get this for b4 10 yrs ol great grandmother had 10 surgerys. The revenue it will bring into the state will help immensely..when Corbet was n office our schools sufferedhorribly and the money labeled for our schools went to his pet projects amn if u could prove it lined his pockets..but whatever our school systems closed and our children were transporten way too far when we have good schools that r going to waste and being unused n r neighborhoods..we complain our children r not getting enuf rest. How can they when they have to stay up until 12 am doing hom
