Process Server are abusing the process regularly by executing and filing statement of service to client without actually during so, leaving many client with no way to refute the claim, (since most of the allegation of service was claim to done after normal business hours.) In cases , where the process server claim that server was done after business hour or week-ends and holidays, strict regulation should be made to insure that the Process Server have indeed serve these documents (especially those that was serve after business hours) as claimed.No Proof of Service should be accepted in court inleast it is signed by the individual receiving the documents. or there is some other acceptable verifications that the documents was actually served.
