An in depth look at these plants shows that they are not as green as they first appear and run the risk of farmers turning their land from food crops to a mono-culture of maize to supply the plant.

There are so few green field sites left it would be an immense shame to see another one built on, especially when there are so many disused brown field sites that could be used instead.

Enough is enough - leave what little green space we've been left with alone. I've been here since 1982 and just seen industrial development in the 'village' expand - seemingly with no opposition. Say NO.

it already smells awful here in summer. give us a break and leave us to enjoy our little bit of country side. we are fed up with speeding lorries who dont give a damn about the speed limit. leave us alone !
