Save Our Village, Sign The Petition!
The character of Marble Cliff is threatened by a high density 3 story apartment building: 67 one & two bedroom units effectively increasing our village population by one-fifth.

HELP STOP the demolition of the Tudor-style Mansion at 2015 West 5th Avenue designed in 1907 by famed architect, Frank Packard.

We are advocating A BETTER WAY… redevelopment of the site that would improve the character and quality of our neighborhood -- not change it forever.

As a Marble Cliff resident, I am signing the Petition and saying “NO!” to this plan because we can do BETTER!
