AMERICA'S REMAINING PRISONER OF WAR

This is an urgent call by our organization Concern Citizens KENYA to urge United States of American to quickly and urgently commence the process of securing the release of General Manuel Anotnio Noriega.Though he is in Panama Prison it is worth noting that General Noriega was dethroned by former President Bush taken to the US,where tramped up charges were placed before him.He was jailed for 20 years then deported to France where he faced more charges and was again jailed.

To day he is in in Panama and most noticeable in a US prison.

It is only America which can influence his release and freedom.

He is Americas remaining prisoner of war.

The circumstances surrounding his capture and subsequent jailing are more political and not Criminal.

It is a fact that Manuel Noriega had a clean human right record during his reign as the supreme leader and the General of Panama.

Nobody disputed these!,even his friends turn foes,the Americans.

We know the dispute which resulted in his overthrow by President Bush was his refusal and persistence to take total control of the Panama Canal which we have to appreciate the Americans spent a fortune the built.

The front that he was a drug Lord ...was only used as an excuse to nail him,have him dethroned ,arrested and put him behind Bars for the rest of his life.

We ask the government of the USA to pardon the old General who is now very sick and requires specialized treatment to at least spend the rest of his life of out the unfare prison walls they have put him.

The FACTS are out there,and the truth is out Noriega was is is not DRUG Lord,he is paying the price of Capitalism.
