This legislation is a ridiculous Act with all 'notwithstanding's to Natural Justice, our Supreme Law (Fed Consti) and clearly the selective prosecution in this country ! We cannot afford to lose our democratic nation and succumb to this shallow, fearful third-class mentality ! IN WHAT WAY MARIA CHIN CAN BE SAID TO WAGE WAR AGAINST YDPA/TERRORIST UNDER CHAPTER 5 AND 6A OF OUR PENAL CODE. PLUSSS WHY ARE WE HAVING SOSMA WHEN WE HAVE CLEAR AND BETTER PROVISIONS IN CPC AND PENAL CODE. WHYYYY? ABOLISH THIS STUPID LAW OR ALL OF YOU LEGISLATORS THAT PASSED THIS LAW WILL ROT IN HELL.
