The incarceration of Maria Chin is a great injustice which undermines the judiciary system of Malaysia. It is illegal and should not be tolerated in a democratic country like Malaysia. She must be released immediately or be trialled in accordance to the legal system of the land. Justice must prevail or the government of the day risk anarchy to the social construct of the nation.
