It was explained and legislature has assured all Malaysian that SOSMA only applies to terrorist. Terrorist act is normally covert and unexpected. Bersih is announced openly with proper notice to police. Why then is Sosma used in this case against Maria? Bersih is a peacefiul and clean rally. Volunteers even clean up during and after the rally. It projects maturity and clarity in purpose and cause.
