Recent technical developments allow am increasing control of biological functions by electronic instrumentation. Heart rate, urination, muscle contraction, audition, blood pressure, and other functions may be influenced instrumentally.
Every modern Technology should be controlled.
Misuse of economical. private, oder simply curiousity should not be allowed.
This Technology produced silently , slowly many victims in Japan and U.S.A.
Because of evidence make this very difficult and anknowned.
This Technology excists already since 1967.
There must be some Rules for using this Technology.
