AN ACT CREATING A BICOL RAIL TRANSIT AUTHORITY, VESTING THE SAME WITH AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE THE BICOL RAIL TRANSIT PROJECT, PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
This bill is sponsored by Cong. Al Bichara of the 2nd District of Albay. Bicolanos has been waiting for this service since time immemorial. Let us show our support to Cong.
