December 2008 Eric R. Dublin Jr. was violated his civil rights during interrogation when he asked for a lawyer he was refused one and they continued to interrogate him. The attorney and prosecutor Javier Chavez tricked him into plea over a constitutional infirmity. He is being detained illegally and I have the transcripts to provide proof. Mr. Dublin can't plea over something he didn't do. For everyday he is detained there is $300/ a day that he can sue for.
