Manes Pierre for Ambassador of Haiti in the Bahamas
Manes Pierre has shared his willingness to serve his native country with his family and friends for over a year. After working for twenty years both in the banking sector and the educational field for 20 years, he wishes to put his talents elsewhere for the betterment of his countrymen and women living in the Bahamas. Manes Pierre has also worked in the field of conflict analysis and resolution for over 14 years, while actively working with several U.S. senators and congresswomen and congressmen to affect public policy in the United States. In 1990, he was instrumental in the passage of the Florida Consent Decree, allowing allowing students in Florida who were non-native speakers of English to have the same equity in all Florida's 67 counties. He wants to the take the same no nonsense approach to the Bahamas, if given an opportunity to serve as an Ambassador.
