Or any publicized broadcast where a member of government speaks.
Shall be subject to:
A mandatory Polygraph test by an appointed representative from an impartial and independent body.
Which makes it's decisions entirely independently of government/parliament.
The appointed representative shall be:
- Fully qualified in Polygraph testing.
- A member of the British Polygraph Association.
- Selected by the impartial and independent body.
Ensuring that all claims/statements and answers to questions given by the members of parliament are truthful.
