That all members of parliament when speaking in: 

• The House of Commons Chamber 
  
• The House of Lord Chamber 
  
• A Television Interview 
  
• A Radio Interview
  

Or any publicized broadcast where a member of government speaks. 

Shall be subject to: 

A mandatory Polygraph test by an appointed representative from an impartial and independent body.

Which makes it's decisions entirely independently of government/parliament.

The appointed representative shall be: 

• Fully qualified in Polygraph testing. 
  
• A member of the British Polygraph Association.
  
• Selected by the impartial and independent body. 

 

Ensuring that all claims/statements and answers to questions given by the members of parliament are truthful.
